Due to health concerns related to COVID-19, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges unless the order was received defective or incorrect. For defective or incorret orders an exchange will be processed as long as we are contacted within 3 business days after the delivery date.

Proceeds from ever purchase are shared with the respective institution. For example, if CAU alums buy 25 gift bags, Clark will recieve money from those sells, but no other institution. This allows schools to receive fair and equitable financial support according how well their products sell.
